September 19, 2017

Mumbai!!! The city of festivals, traditions and customs. After dancing on dhol and tasha’s during Ganpati, September has one more festival lined up for us – Navratri aka The Gujju Sunburn. Navratri celebrations have the entire city playing Dandiya and Garba to the catchy beats. And Curry Coriander is all set to join you with appetizing food and appealing ambience for your post-Garba plans.

Navratri is a beautiful time of the year where the festivities and colors engulf you, especially when you’re living in a place where it’s celebrated with a lot of glitz. It is a festival which reveres the power of good over evil. There are so many colors and so many traditions which make this festival a mixture of varied cultures. In these 9 days, you will find people from each age group be it children, adults or elderly people dressed in vibrant bright colored attires, adding more pomp and show to the festivity.

Navratri nights are filled with holiness, Garba, festive fashion, unending fun and unlimited calories. After putting so much energy in dancing your heart out continuously for hours, post-Garba hunger wouldn’t be a surprise!

Curry Coriander is the perfect place to get away from all the noise and crowd and put your post-Garba hunger to rest. After an energetic evening, we at Curry Coriander would love to serve you with delicious hot food to satisfy your hunger pangs! Their menu is large and includes salads, seafood, noodles, curry and more, and has something for even the pickiest of eaters.
